Once your baby is 10 weeks and 11 pounds, they are ready to begin working on independent sleep!
-
Not at all. I currently work with infants and toddlers from newborn through 2 years old.
-
Many families see meaningful change within the first few days, but every baby is different. Two weeks of support gives us time to establish good routines, healthy habits, build consistency, and make any adjustments your baby needs along the way.
-
Nighttime sleep AND naps! We look at the full picture - daytime sleep, nights, feeding, and more to help your child thrive!
-
Yes, your baby may cry during sleep training. There really isn’t a sleep training method that can guarantee no tears, because changing the way a baby sleeps is an adjustmen and babies communicate by crying. Before we begin, we’ll make sure your baby’s schedule, feedings, and other needs are being appropriately met so you can feel confident staying consistent with the plan. Research has not found evidence of long-term adverse effects from sleep training. Once new sleep habits are established, many families actually find there is far less crying around sleep.
-
My plans include night weaning which is why we have an age and weight requirement to start. This allows us to know your baby is able to get enough food during the day and sleep through the night!
-
